We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all Sophia Webster packaging and dust bags included.

How do I find my correct size?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Generally, our footwear follows Italian sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for most of our butterfly-adorned styles.
