Returns & Exchanges

At Sophia Webster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the signature dust bag and branded shoebox, which must remain undamaged as it is considered part of the product.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the protective film on the soles of the shoes is intact and all accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
